In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “The Fun Platform.”
If I was the new leader of my democratic country.Wow.And had the chance to transform something that’s currently an annoyance and yes
definitely worse into a very fun activity,I would choose, among a lot of many things, the one I find the most needed-ambition.
Sounds confusing, right. But yes that’s what needs to be changed in today’s world too. Our children, youngsters define how a country progress. We adults just run the way it should and contribute to it by shaping it. But the very path of the country can be altered if every child knows what he wants to become. The herd mentality has to stop. Stop being followers of the followers. You are yourselves a job title. Don’t play the dog be the master that asks the ball to be fetched. They don’t realise that the ball is in their court.
If they did what they were passionate about, they would work for it whole-heartedly. When you love what you work, you stop working and start enjoying. A country progresses if its citizens follow duties assign to them as required of them, properly. Like a lot of things that matters, ambition defeats all. A passionate person achieves what he has to achieve not caring how he does it.
If that can change to a fun activity, pride for their job, uniqueness about what they do,we can be at peace finally. After all only successful people can form a successful country. And success is doing what you love and being paid for it.
